Our 20,000 sq ft. state of the art facility, built in 2007, abides by strict food safety guidelines. Carioto has received over 98% for the past 3 years on our NSF Cook & Thurber Annual Food Safety Audit. The temperatures in our refrigeration units never vary more than +/- 1 degree and are monitored by an off site security alarm company.
We promise to deliver your order as fast as possible, usually by the next business day when you place your order. Our staff starts very early in the morning to input your order into our system and make sure the trucks are loaded with your order. If you need something in a hurry, give us a call and we will do our best to get you what you need, when you need it.
